Can’t find an item?
Since the inventory of an Armenian bookstore is an ever-changing entity, we are constantly working on adding new items and deleting out-of-print items. Keep in mind that many of our items that are less than three are not listed on our website even though we carry it in our store. If you have any requests or can’t find what you’re looking for, please use the “contact us” link at the bottom of the page or call us at (818) 243-4112 and provide the title, author, date, publisher, and any other specific information for the items you are looking for. We will let you know if we have them in stock. More than half of our inventory is not listed online. We try to add as many as we can. Please keep checking in from time to time for new additions.
Can’t view the Armenian text?
Most newer models of computers, both PC and MAC, and Internet Browsing programs could identify and read the Armenian font. If you cannot view the Armenian text, your computer might be an older model or you might have incorrect settings. Please use the “contact us” button below and provide the computer model number and Internet Browsing program you are using. We will respond with an answer as soon as possible.

Refunds and Returns
We usually do not accept any refunds or returns unless there is a physical defect with the product such as missing pages, missing text, or inoperable dvds or cds (please make sure that you are using a new player and try to test it on different players to make sure that it is not your player that is causing the problem). Being a bookstore that has been around for 30 years, we’ve accumulated items from different dates of publication and production. While many of our items, especially books, are current, many of the books listed that have been published prior to 2000 might not be in brand new condition. Although they are not used (unless noted), wear and tear from being on our shelves and discoloration or wrinkling of pages is not an uncommon thing. Please keep in mind that the older the book, the more probable it is that it’s not in the best condition. We do not accept refunds or returns based solely on regular wear and tear due to time and in-store customers browsing. In regards to posters, we try our best to mail them to you with the least amount of bends or creases. However, we cannot guarantee that you will receive it in perfect condition. Some of the posters that have been in our inventory for many years are not in perfect condition. Please call us at (818) 243-4112 or use the “contact us” link at the bottom of the page if you have any item or items that you are thinking of returning. Do not just send it to us without informing us first of the problem. Please wait for our approval and confirmation before mailing a disputed item back for a refund or exchange.
