This trilingual monograph is dedicated to the study of the genesis and settlement of the Azerbaijan-Artsakh conflict.

For the first time, the origins of the conflict and the possible ways to resolve it have been shown in full on the basis of declassified, newly discovered documents, as well as historical and political literature.
