«Երկրի հակառակ կողմը» տպագրվել է 2008 թվականի մայիս-դեկտեմբեր ամիսներին «Հայկական ժամանակ» օրաթերթում, երբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդհատակում էր, և նրա գտնվելու վայրը հայտնի չէր:
ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը պաշտոնապես հայտարարել է, որ Փաշինյանը 2008 թվականի մարտին ապօրինի ճանապարհով լքել է Հայաստանի տարածքը, ապա ապօրինի ճանապարհով վերադարձել: Ինքը' Փաշինյանը, պնդում է, որ ընդհատակում գտնվելու ամբողջ ընթացքում ոչ մի րոպե չի լքել Հայաստանը:
The Other Side of the Earth was published in May-December 2008 in The Armenian Times daily, after Nikol Pashinyan went underground, and his whereabouts were unknown.
Armenian Police have officially stated that in March 2008 Pashinyan illegally left the country and then, again illegally, returned to Armenia. Pashinyan himself claims that, while in hiding, he has never left the territory of Armenia. Even for one minute!
