| Ann Stephanion Kale was born in Detroit, and lived in Birmingham, Michigan, until she and her late husband, John. retired to Bradenton, Florida, in 1988. The author lives there now with her West Highland Terrier, Regis. She received her Associate Degree in Art from Michigan, and her Bachelor of Arts and Sciences Degree from the University of South Florida in 2007. Kale is a well known local artist and author. This is her third book; the first two are "Marco and Princess 6ina", and" Artie - The Ugly Frog". Kale has four grown children and six grandchildren. Besides her art work and writing, her hobbies are golf, crocheting, bridge, and reading mystery novels. |
