Այս բառարանը կը բաղկանայ երկու մասերէ, առաջին բաժինը Հայերէն-Անգլերէն, իսկ երկրորդը՝ Անգլերէն-Հարերէն եւ օժտուած է տառադարձութեամբ, բայերու յատուկ նշումով եւ նորատիպ, գունաւոր գծագրութիւններով: Նոյն բառին տարբեր իմաստներու սահմանումը, տառադարձութեան բանալին եւ իւրաքանչիւր էջի վրայ այբուբենական շարքը, կը դիւրացնեն բառի մը իմաստին որոնումը:
